This review is not about the facility or any of the programs, It's specifally to one of the coaches. We've been waiting to start this program since my daughter was 15 months old and as soon as she turned 18 months we registered her for a free trial to evaluate if she was going to like it or not. We showed up as agreed for the trial and checked in, we were given a card and were told to give it to the coach in field 8, and we did. This female coach, who I'm not going to disclose her name, received my card and told me that one of coaches did not show up and that the class was going to be combined and that we have to wait in a corner until more coaches show up.
