Bottom line: The staff at Soho Sushi are friendly and well-intentioned, but they seem a bit overwhelmed, so expect some wait time. The restaurant could definitely use a thorough cleaning—I noticed sticky floors during my visit. That said, the food is fantastic and well worth the wait! I tried the Godzilla roll, which I highly recommend; it was a delicious mix of fish, likely tuna and scallops. I also had the St. Petersburg roll. Both had perfectly cooked rice with great texture—crunchy where it should be and soft where appropriate. My wife ordered the Spider roll and the Golden roll; her only issue was that the Golden roll had too much tempura.
We placed a pickup order, and the person who answered the phone clearly explained everything we needed. I had a hole-in-one roll, and my friend ordered shrimp tempura sushi—it was incredible and flavorful. They included everything we needed: wasabi, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, chopsticks, and napkins. The food was fresh, and the wait was short. The restaurant was clean and busy with many diners inside. This is a must-try spot—great food at prices worth every penny.
This is my ultimate go to sushi place. I haven?t found one near my area so this is the one I crave and have to come to Sacramento to curb my craving. Soho Sushi exceeded my expectations, even when enjoying my meal as takeout! I ordered the Chef's Choice Plate A along with Ade and the jalapeño bombs shown in the picture—absolutely amazing. The menu offers fantastic variety, and the service was excellent. Plus, the woman at the front desk was hilarious, making the experience even better.

I really enjoyed this place. However, I did have a disagreement with one of the managers, so I’m uncertain if I’ll return. The food is great! Just be sure to double-check your card statement to make sure you weren’t charged twice.

Wow! Great sushi spot with a huge variety of options. The place was bustling at noon. I ordered the Godzilla roll, which had a generous amount of fish in every bite. I’m very happy with my experience.
