a very beautiful overall concept!First the most important thing that eat: tasteful and visual were some of the courses real masterpieces. whenever I try to keep the pleasure long, I'll share everything in mini portions. I had that last night at four of seven. many thanks to the chef. an outstandingly good wine recommendation round off the taste experience. also here a thank you to the service. generally a really good service and a beautiful ambiente. we give the set menu sol with the wine pairing, which was a total of 60 €. the wee were very interesting and the first bite, the tuna-tortare-Starter and dessert were very good. However, both the fish and the pig’s main courses were somewhat disappointing, both fish and pork were a bit gum-like. And I know fine portion sizes can be small, and molecular gastronomy blah, but as they can see on the photos, these portions were really very small! to be clear, although this was not a bad experience of each stretch, simply not great.
