Waited over 30 minutes for food. When I hit the button they ignored the first then just said yeah ok when I told them how long it had been on the second. Someone finally came out and said they were remaking the food because it must have been given to someone else and the manager is cancelling the payment so the food is free for the wait ... No refund.
I used the mobile check-in option and was notified that my order was being delivered. However, I waited over ten additional minutes to receive it. When I pressed the button to ask about my order, it was brought to me quickly and handed over with an attitude, as if I was inconveniencing the staff by expecting them to do their job.
My sweet tea was gross. I thought it was unsweetened but the replacement I was given was just as bad. I couldn't drink it. There was also some old sauce of unknown origin caked on the packets of ketchup, making it gross to handle. Everything else was fine though. It may have just a one time thing and I plan to keep eating here.
Additionally, when we requested our receipt, the staff seemed irritated. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our experience today. It feels like we frequently encounter this issue—asking for extra lemon and not receiving it, along with encountering unprofessional behavior that we certainly didn’t pay for. Thank you. I went to sonic and I went to order and they turn my light off and didn't say anything and I pressed it again I made my order and they stop talking and went to someone else and never took my order and I had already been there wait 15 min after I pressed the button the first time.
I rly domt care for the location or maybe it's the environment. They seem kind of ratchet, I ges you could say in my words of opinion. They just just seem to have to have a friendly service as If the ones working their hate the fact that they work there.
Sonic is truly one of a kind. They offer car hop service and delicious food to match. With happy hours and a constant stream of innovative menu items, you can't go wrong choosing them.
This is one of the few Sonics that get the order correct 99% of the time. I'm glad because its near home! Keep up the good work guys! Réservez une table maintenant
