I came in today. And I know and understand that it is Christmas so open this day is hard as they get many costumes. But someone working in a fast and stressful environment still doesn't call for what happened to me today. I went through one of the stands and the person of the spokesman was able to understand barley what I ordered so that it looked even though I spoke clearly. They were nice for the first time. As soon as I came home, where the problems arise, they gave me no napkins, sauces, utensils and got my order wrong. It's been a while since coming to the location but this visit was unfortunately terrible starting with ordering through the speaker which I'm not sure if he couldn't hear me or maybe something else ordered a #1 with no ketchup. When I got my order I noticed they slapped every sticker they had basically signifying that my burger was just buns meat and mayo. Upon opening the wrapper that is exactly what it was, there was no veggies! When I saw the tots I noticed they were not golden brown but light colored and when I bit one it was like they just took them out of the freezer and warmed them up. So this is what five piece tenders look like. With three complete ones and the rest in bits.
