At the Mall View location, I believe this restaurant is quite good. They prepare the food very well, and given their high volume of business, everything gets done in a reasonable amount of time. The only downside is that sometimes items might be missing or incorrect in your order. This likely happens due to their busy environment, where they might occasionally skip or miscount items. So, I recommend checking your order before you leave.
I visited this restaurant one night, and the service was incredibly poor. After waiting for 20 minutes without receiving my order, I had to walk in and ask where my food was. When I looked towards the kitchen, it was a mess—extremely unclean. There was oil visibly on the floors, which was off-putting. Overall, I was very disappointed.
During a recent road trip, we decided to stop at this restaurant. Since there are no Sonic Drive-Thrus near our home, we were thrilled to finally enjoy their burgers again after several years. They were just as delicious as we remembered! However, we did have some concerns about the cleanliness of the place.

I've been coming to this Sonic since it opened. I used to be known as the Diet Coke with Bubble Gum guy and would get to know some of the workers at that time. It's changed and the Bubble Gum flavor is gone, but I usually get my Diet Dr Pepper with DietCherry there.

This is my favorite Sonic. I drive passed the one on Niles to get to this one. The food comes out hot and fresh every time. I can make special requests with no problem and they do as I ask. The carhops are friendly
