UPDATE The manager reaches me and lets me know that this place is under new management. We went back to Sonic today after school for Friday Ice Cream. I have a waffle cone, a mini jalapeño popper, and a coconut cream peach for my son. Everything was excellent. The carhop was super nice. We pressed the button to ask for an additional straw, and the carhop brought it with a smile. Things look at Sonic in Muscle Shoals!!! Came for dinner. A burger with Mayo, salad tomato ordered. No onions. Please. (The number one has no onions, ma’am)Son ordered a PLAIN burger. After the food came and of course after we paid, my burger has ketchup and mustard drop off. Little tiny little onions all over the place. No escape. Son's Burger also drips with mustard and ketchup, with salad, pickles, tomatoes. It's all demolished, but the bungalow was saturated. Collect about 3 bites on the burger. They're so salty that they burn my mouth. Come on, Sonic. Get it together!
I had a very bad experience just a year ago with zero response from previous owners, when the new owner group took over last month the regional manager reached me. He had nothing to do with my previous experience, but apologized and even sent me a few free combos for my trouble. I went back today and had a great experience, the staff was friendly, they got my order quickly, and the food was great. I can't ask much more. I now change my 1-star rating to a 5-star rating. Give the new owner group a chance, they obviously do things differently than the last. If the review of 2017 was, it was the old owners... I can speak from experience, the new owners are great.
sonics manager was rude and quite much said that it was our fault that they gave us the wrong food, the order had our name on it. After we have given ourselves the wrong food, then it went on to take it back into the window, sonic put the right eating all poured and crushed in the bag and was so disrespectful. we had a way to many drinks in our car of them also gave us the wrong drinks and had to pour them out on the parking lot because there was no place to put the drinks. will not be back to this place.
Eating is always good. I hear some people complain that waiting is too much... well, your food is freshly prepared so it takes a few minutes. It is good food and fresh, so take that as you will. People will complain about ANYTHING today, so if you hear complaints about this place, go check for yourself if you have not been.
