Sonic Drive-in - Réservation de table

The ice cream machine at this restaurant has been out of service for several months, meaning that blasts are unavailable and only shakes are on offer. This is a major disappointment for customers like me who have been denied a blast on multiple visits. To make matters worse, visiting on a Friday night can be a mistake as the parking lot is often full of loud and obnoxious high school and little kids driving fast, making it uncomfortable to get out of your car. Despite these issues, the food itself is fine, but customizations are often missed so I tend to avoid them at this location.

I hate to be negative, but KATIE SHOULD BE FIRED! My husband and I went to this restaurant for breakfast and they didn't offer us any combos or sides with our orders. We wanted complete meals, not just sandwiches. Katie was impolite and my husband even said he would rather talk to a dog than Katie. It's disappointing to have such a bad experience. Even the methhead at the nearby Sonic has a better attitude. And to top it off, we only got ONE French toast stick.

the second time when they're here to give them a chance, as they screwed up my order for the first time. I had a credit pro manager lacey, but since they no longer the chili frito packaging I am no longer entitled to a refund? seriously grounded! I'm going to go on where, but there, their rules are really confused in this little town. my advice would be to give bk, taco bell or subway their business as they take care of the customer service and make it right!

We waited for 20 mins on their app to pay and place our order. Hubby finally got out and walked to window. They said their app was down, and couldn't give us our half off . Instead of comping hubby, they only took my order. We waited another 20 mins, and hubby asked where my food was. They said, oh we didn't see you. It's sitting in there, we'll bring it out. All in all, it was a terrible experience. We like this sonic, but today was terrible. Réservez une table maintenant

We returned tonight and were impressed by how the staff remembered our situation and quickly rectified the mistake. Their service was exceptional, and I felt compelled to let them know. Thank you Sonic team in Taylor. We will definitely be back soon!

The food at this restaurant is delicious. They are extremely efficient in getting orders out quickly. The majority of the time, the orders are accurate. The staff is very friendly and the food is always served hot.

I don't understand why the sweet tea at this Sonic location is always terrible. If I wanted unsweetened tea, I would have ordered it that way. Everything else was okay. Réservez une table maintenant

We ordered a mix and cinnasnacks, but received a pretzel and cheese sticks instead. It was quite disappointing for those expecting dessert.
