So I normally come to this location during the week/year. They typically have good service and food. However the past few times I've come they have been missing food items. For example, I ordered an ice cream cone and found out they didn't have any cones. So I ordered a plain ice cream. The cone normally costs 1.69 and the ice cream I got was a 2.60. So instead of compensating me in some way for not having the correct product I'm forced to pay roughly a dollar more because of the vessel it's being served in. At the same time the manager there was extremely rude talking back to me as if I'm wrong. Your in the resturant business, your job is to be hospitable, not talk back to the customers. If...
The leftist pandemic is hurting everything, even employment. This sonic needs to hire more staff ASAP. The food is served hot, Delicious and fresh but it took over 25 mins to get my small order on drive thru. The very few staff that they have are actually kind, accurate and are English speakers (unlike the Mcdonald's downthe road lol).We're grateful to have this Sonic in our area, let's continue to support this place. I really enjoy Sonic! I recommend using the app for discounts. The drive-thru is quicker than ordering at the stalls, even if you place your order through the app. Just make sure to double-check your bag to ensure you have everything.
I don’t understand why some people complain. The food is pretty good. I did notice that the prices seem a bit higher, but I haven't been in a while. It's definitely better than McDonald's and offers a wider variety of options.
