Sonic Drive-in - Réservation de table

I am thoroughly disappointed in this sonic. I did have my ratings 3 years ago at a 4 star but I went back tonight to get 1 Strawberry milkshake and 1 Peanut butter sonic blast. The strawberry milkshake Was more watery than the consistency should have been and I ordered it with no cherry on it cherry owner because my wife is allergic to them. I sent it back to them and told them that it was not the right consistency Not even a few minutes later she came back with the same shake and a cherry on top And still they could not get it right. I've used the sonic app to mobile order a couple of time in the last few months. I order from right there in the stall. I always grt my food in a timely manner, it's always made properly and good. They don't pay attention to the additional sauces, even if I pay for them, and the don't put the requested condiments in the bag. Other than that, service has been consistently timely and food has been good. All staff has been friendly.

slushy machine is down, and they will not refund us $10 not their time everyone here works is rude and incompetent. do not order by the app, only for the case that they need a refund. it will not happen. the personal was rude for something they didn't have.....i would not have left any evil critique if they were polite instead of acting like the girl.

The gentleman who took my order was extremely rude. He was mumbling when speaking to me, and when I stated I could not understand him he proceeded to scream at me through the intercom. The employee that delivered my food REEKED of weed. Overall awful experience, 10/10 would not recommend. I work in the industry and that’s just not out you do it. Réservez une table maintenant

Service was a little so, due to there only being one girl running food, and almost every parking spot was taken. but man let me tell you she was working her butt off and had a smile on her face the whole time.. we will go back thanks to her smile under pressure..

literally had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 drinks that were not even made right after our order. since when is a slush mowing, but is a cool help and not much ice on it? I also didn't know that real crunching was now liquid syrup instead of actual crunching.

I waited 20 minutes for them to still not take my order. Is they only one person here working? Sonic should be ashamed of themselves. Pay your workers so you will get quality workers instead of people who are too busy to even answer the press to order button

I wish I could give zero star. No one answered when I tired to order. I saw alot of cars pull off because no one was answering. I didn't see any car hops but there was signs on the screen saying this screen works. Ridiculous. Réservez une table maintenant

I have 2 shakes, 1 med berry, 1 med chocolate. paid cc. auto hop adw was given it w / the reader, took it my card. she returned W/it back.
