The whole point of a drive-in is for a faster checkout. This is supposed to be a fast food joint. Well, it started ok enough. You drive into a spot, push the button, and order, and you pay right there on the spot too (for cards). Sounds convenient right? Well until you ended up waiting for an hour! They said they didn't get our order but my card was charged already. We could've just ordered at McDonalds or any other place really, and be in and out. So this was our first time trying Sonic, and this will be the last. Oh, and they ask for a tip too at the checkout process. I didn't put any and preferred to pay cash to the server. I waited 27 minutes in the drive thru with only 5 cars total, including me. They 've always been slow, so I anticipated it would take a while. I ordered just 2 sonic blasts and everything was going completely normal. I finally pull up to the window and I have to remind them what my order was because they had forgotten (it was a solid 15 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I could get to the window). After reminding them, I handed them my card and they promptly told me their card machine was down. I came here for a quick dinner and ordered the Chicken Slinger #9 with tater tots and a medium Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Sonic Blast. The tater tots were fresh, and the blast was impressively large for a medium size. My food was served nice and hot; the Chicken Slinger was tasty, packed with pickles and a generous amount of mayo, though it had more breading than chicken. The customer service was excellent; they initially forgot to hand me my ice cream, but they promptly provided it when I reminded them. I also appreciated the ample ketchup they gave me upon request. My husband asked for a regular cherry limeade drink and they gave him a slush, my honey BBQ popcorn chicken had hardly any BBQ sauce on them and they were super breaded more than normal, I know that's probably a corporate issue but still....feel like thissonic is going downhill ????????last time I came they didn't give me any sauce and the bacon on my sandwich was overcookedsmh....hope they figure things out. The highlight of Sonic is their hot dogs, tater tots, and extensive drink selection. While the burgers and other sandwiches are decent, it's clear that the company puts more effort into their marketing. The service is consistently quick, friendly, and typically accurate, making it a great spot to visit if you're in a rush and tired of the usual fast-food burger joints.
Not the best service but it was fine. They were very slow though. The food was ok. Bbq Popcorn Chicken was really good. I do recommend that. Sonic Burger was ok. Mozzarella sticks are also very good. Overall they were just very slow so I gave them 3 stars.
The drive-thru is VERY slow so be prepared to be there for 20 minutes. I would also not recommend anything besides the drinks. The food tastes like cafeteria food. The drinks however are pretty good and it's half-off after 8pm
Food and drink were so buss I love sonic, service was fast. There was a scary guy in the parking lot but he didn't really bother us because he left and went to Wawa. Ocean water is so good

If I could give zero stars I would. I visited this store a week ago and it took us 30 min in drive thru to get 4 drinks. Today, again 30 min to get 5 drinks...sooooo slow
Very pricey. The service was incredibly slow. I waited in the drive-thru for over half an hour with five cars in front of me.
