We just had an order a bit ago that was just under 34 dollars. From the time the order went in, to when it finally came out, was 25 minutes. We had 2 drinks, 2 orders of large cheese sticks, 1 BBQ pork sandwich and 1 chicken toaster. To start, I have no idea why it took that long. Also, for taking that long, the only thing we didn't have an issue with was the drinks. The BBQ pork sandwich was missing meat. So very little but a massive amount of sauce. It just dripped out in globs. Very disappointing. The chicken toaster was missing cheese and the bacon was small as well as borderline burnt. And the cheese sticks. Half of them were almost hot. The other half were mildly luke warm. I have zero...
We finally enjoyed a long-footed cone that wasn't too salty to eat. If I could give this place five stars, I would, but the person taking our order seemed more focused on telling us it was made from children's toys and Wacky Packs. If you're ordering a child's meal, it's a good idea to inform the person taking your order. For once, the sweet tea tasted like tea and not syrup. My husband's cherry soda was a hit. We might return, hoping that management will address the issues we encountered.
The Sonic in Saraland should really consider closing down. They can't seem to get an order correct, even when you order by number. I ordered a burger and ended up with a chicken sandwich when I got home. The fries and tater tots were old and cold. I definitely recommend choosing a different place.
