What a disappointment... Drove over 30 minutes to get an order I had made online at the place, checked in the kiosk and waited. After 15 minutes my wife went in to see what took so long and they were not helpful at all to her. When I left five minutes later, someone took our order as if I was responsible for not being picked up. When I asked the guy if this order would sit for 20 minutes, he said "No; no one had checked in ". ANNEX It had been sitting 20 minutes when the food was cold, so he was lying straight ahead. 2. I tired to give this evening crew a change but how many chances are needed before real Supervisor's are needed? This is now the 3rd time I've gotten COOKED OVER CHICKEN and BURNT SANDWICH BUNS... How can I enjoy ur meal when scared to bite a chicken thatcan potentially break one of your tooth???? and to top it off the attitude on the young lady taken the order was the last strawfor me... I'm done with this Miami Gardens Sonic's until they straight out that 7:20pm staff... Date 10/21/2022 they need tohave more patients and learn how to actually fry the food instead of drying it out till it's uneatable... I just wasted $40.plus dollars ????????
The slushies were good, but unfortunately, that was one of the few things that went well with our order. I ordered a toaster double bacon cheeseburger, but I received a regular bacon double cheeseburger instead. I also ordered a quarter pounder cheeseburger with just ketchup, but it came loaded with everything, plus bacon. Additionally, I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with all the toppings and ended up with a plain cheeseburger with just ketchup. To make matters worse, the boy who delivered my order was wearing earplugs, so he seemed unaware of what was going on. I also asked for a drink tablet, but that didn't get addressed either.
I'm not particularly fond of their food, but I mainly come here for their shakes and cherry coke—lol! If it weren't for that, they might have received a five-star rating. I'm grateful to the drive-thru lady for her patience with me. I was really hungry and couldn’t decide what I wanted, so I changed my order multiple times, and she was totally fine with it. Thankfully, there was no one behind me in line, so everything worked out smoothly. The employees here are always a pleasure. Even though I haven't been here in a while because it’s a bit far, the shakes are always 100% spot on! Réservez une table maintenant
The staff here seem to be completely unaware that two people might want to pay for their orders separately. In the past, we were able to pay separately with two orders per car, but now one of us had to cover the entire bill. To make matters worse, they messed up our milkshake sizes—swapping them around—so I ended up with a strawberry milkshake, which I'm allergic to, just before heading into work. I truly wish I could give this place negative stars.
Awful dining experience. The hot dog was old and the milkshakes tasted spoiled. I can only imagine how bad the burgers are. I wasted $8 for a terrible meal. It feels like kids are running this business. I definitely won’t be eating here again, and I suggest you avoid it too. It's shocking that this place is located right across from Hard Rock Stadium. It really should be shut down. I plan to visit the code enforcement office on Monday.
We sat and waited about 25 min for someone to take our order after we hit the button. Other cars were just leaving. Went inside thinking maybe the service there was better. There was 3 people standing in line and after about 5 min, no one even came out of the back to take any order. Really sucked because I hadn't had sonic in years. Drove over 30 min out of my way to eat it, and didn't even get it. So upsetting!
The food was good when they first opened, but something has changed, and now it's just terrible. I even get stomach pains every time I eat there. They don't put Buffalo sauce on the boneless wings anymore; it's just disappointing. The place often looks neglected too, which makes me think there's poor management. Quick and excellent service! My wife was craving a burger, so I suggested Sonic. I've been coming here for a couple of years, and they've never disappointed me. I love their burgers and hot dogs, and their milkshakes are consistently amazing. They’re fast and definitely one of my favorite spots for fast food. Thank you, everyone!
