I used to be with Sonic. The word was earlier, it's a big word. The last four times I stopped, my food was cold for the first time and no sweet tea, 2. Once the burger was like 2 days old, tator dead were cold, and no sweet tea again. The third time, I ordered a BLT and the bacon was like dried rubber, salad was devastated and bread was soggy, and again no sweat tea and they could not make Oreo rays as they were from oreos. The fourth time I was today, I ordered two numbers 1's with sweet tea and tator deaths. They had no more sweet tea, zets were cold, and the burgers tasted again 2 days old. I spent almost 30 minutes in the drive thru, sat 10 minutes at the speaker after ordering. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and pickle only and they gave me a hamburger loaded with lettuce and tomatoes. I showed the girl that gave me my food and her response was I don 't know what you want me to do . Are you kidding me! Make me what I ordered! Got it 10 mins later. They are always so slow and ALWAYS mess up what I think is a pretty easy order. Sucks they 're really the only cheeseburger place we got there in cocoa and that 's the service we get. So over it!
I am not much for burger, but I had a taste for one tonight and I live near sonics and mcdonalds. and I did not eat mcdonald’s burger saw sonika it was. it was about the worst burger I ever had! the burger tastes like one of these burgers, who pick them out from a load in a plastic pack and put them in the microwave. it was absolutely terrible! nothing fresh. all wet and soggy. I'll never go there again. the only thing that is worth coming from there are the drinks shakes and I guess they call them Slurpee?s. so I gave him two stars
WOW, I just went thru the Drive-Thru, I only bought one thing, I was third car in line to pay and get my one item, sadly took approximately 15 minutes, to get to the Drive-Thru window.... I hadn't been at Sonic for a good minute, and after tonight, it's gonna be even longer. The burger was Ok, but definitely not to my tasting. Get some HELP Sonic. Very unacceptable to be waiting that long for a Cheeseburger. SMH Réservez une table maintenant
COCOA.... What else can be said... Pull up.... sit and wait for 5 minutes. Wait for another 5 minutes for whoever inside to say.... we are closed for outdoor dining. We only offer drive through . No thanks Sonic. Ya lost me for good at this location if not all your other places now too. Too many others offering better business for lesser prices. Shame!
Is there less than 1 star? Worst fast food ever. Chicken sandwich was so over cooked it wasn?t edible. The bun was blackened on both sides- cannot believe someone thought it was ok to even serve it. Chili tots were flavorless. The shake was the only edible thing we received. I will not eat here again. What a turn off.
The restaurant really needs to hire more staff. It's hard to believe they only have one person working on the weekends! With such limited help, the food quality suffers because the worker is rushed to take everyone's orders. Wishing them the best of luck; they could use it.
The burger was decent, but I stopped eating there because about 4 to 5 years ago, I bought a burger from them that didn't seem to be made with ground beef. I had no idea what it was at the time, and I had originally bought the burger for my husband. Réservez une table maintenant
