My office caters Sonny's BBQ 12-14 times a year for large group trainings. Sherman is the best! His customer service is top notch. He delivers the food and sets it up per our directions. He is sure to bring all the condiments and extra items we may need in addition to the delicious food. Sherman also offers suggestions to help make our lunch service flow more smoothly. We serve Sonny's twice during the same week of training and it is always a favorite of our participants. The quantity and quality of food is incredible and the cost doesn't break our budget. Sherman of the Jonesboro Sonny’s ALWAYS delivers our lunches on time and hot! Our company trains persons coming from many states across the country who love having real Southern bbq and your sides! Sherman is a FABULOUS representative of Sonny’s and it’s excellent food and service! When you treat yourself to a Sonny’s catered meal, be sure to ask for Sherman. He adds greatly to your experience with this legendary restaurant!

Nothing makes them appear on the list of locations for an online order, don’t bother to call either because these people don’t want your business. They have the phone going straight to VM without even any indication you’re call a Sonny’s. Why do they have to make it so hard?? I hope they enjoy the same fate as Red Lobster.

I have only used the catering and Sherman is THE MAN!!! Excellence every time! He is always courteous, reliable and customer oriented. Never have we received a lukewarm meal- always hot and on time, ready to serve. Not to mention the extreme portion sizes!! Hats off the Sherman and the Jonesboro Sonny’s. Bill was phenomenal! The staff were courteous and helpful from the get-go. The power was recently out and they ensured we could come in from the rain and treated us like family. And the BBQ! Some of the best BBQ and sides I’ve had. Will definitely come back through when we are in Atlanta.

Jennifer was a wonderful hostess and waitress. Service was quick and the food great as usual. Thank you Sonnys for being a haven for those on a carnivore diet.

The food is always great but last Friday the food was terrible,they forgot stuff from my order and the damn cornbread was hard as a Rock
