Place is very nice. It’s been quite a while since we have been. The place has been remodeled, but they took away the salad bar. My favorite part of eating here. The restaurant was pretty clean. Our server was nice, but everything was so slow. Took forever to get drinks ordered, meal took forever to come out. Half the items on each of the plates were luke warm. The place was not that busy and it seemed like a lot of staff standing around. Maybe it was a shift change or they were waiting to close. The prices and what you get for them are a joke! Four tiny ribs were $9.99. The portions are small, the prices are high and the overall service is subpar. Our server was running around like crazy, no...
The food was good, but the service could have been better. There were only about 5 occupied tables in the restaurant and yet we had to wait more than 10 minutes for my husband to get additional ribs with the all you can eat rib dinner. Our server did not check on us and we never got a drink refill. Maybe she was having an off day. We may give it a second try with hopes of a better experience.
Mary, our waitress was amazing. The food was delicious and came out fast. Drinks were refilled without much wait. However, Mary bribed us a Google review for a dessert. I'm not going to pass a free dessert, because it was fantastic. But a bribe is a bad move, in my opinion.
