Terrible customer service. Waited 30+ minutes for a basic egg sandwhich. People ordering before us getting their sandwhiches beforehand and to top it all off when finally getting the sandwhiches they forgot the bacon on 3 sandwhiches. Then tried to tell me I was lying about my wait time and the bacon. The woman who works there should be ashamed herself. One of the worst customer services experiences, the food was awful, and they have a very dirty kitchen and workers who don’t wear any gloves

The food is good here but the service is not worth it. Usually whoever takes the orders doesn't speak English so it's all wrong. Today I was so happy I could understand who was on the phone. I was told 25-30 minute wait. My husband waited almost an hour. AND they forgot my sandwich. It's a bummer it's one of the only places in town to grab a quick lunch. The experience at this restaurant was an absolute failure. There were flies swarming around the pizza display, which was quite off-putting. I spent $36 on two sandwiches that were served on hard bread and barely had any meat in them. Overall, I would give the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
