SOOK Thai Kitchen

First time in Melbourne, went for a walk down Smith Street and spotted this Gem, alses if any tables were available but they were packed out for the night and was told to book in advance so we did and we are so glad we did just that. Great food, great service. Best meal we had while we had our stay in Melbourne. Cheers from NZ.

The staff were lovely and food ok. Slightly two sweet for our palate. There were four of us. But the young guy who is one of the owners couldn’t be more dismissive if he tried. He moaned to me the last time about missing his cafe because of the hours. Well he’s giving that off..

This place is great for groups; we went as a group of nine. We had a few dietaries and while some of us wanted to do the feed me and other a la carte they catered to everything and probably the happiest floor team I've seen in a while.

our recent visit we have enjoyed Interstate friends who enjoyed the quality and quantity of meal we have chosen. even one who is aware of his diabetic needs was happy .lovely fresh green and clean meals.

the host was amazing and the server were extremely polite. eating was surprisingly good. we came to the birthday of a friend. everyone was really happy. I would come back and recommend! yay!
