I have eaten at Sorci's a number of times over the past few years and always enjoyed it. The owners are very serious about establishing a fine eating place and try innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience. For instance, you can look through a cookbooks from their collections while you eat. The experience can be uneven. Owners are very knowledgeable about the food, but the wait staff who are sometimes local high school kids can be completely lost if you ask a question.
