Whether you order through a 3rd party app or Sorrento’s directly, expect an incredibly long wait time. We thought we’d try again (after a terrible experience a few months ago however after ordering a large salad and breadsticks and waiting nearly 1.5 hours, we realize we should have stayed far away. I called Sorrento’s directly to see what the hold was as our Uber Eats driver had been waiting for 30 minutes at the restaurant already (45 mins after order was placed when the employee on the phone rudely started arguing with me about how long the driver had been there as if I couldn’t see it on the app! The food here has always been very good. Recently though, they have obviously changed their pizza dough. The new dough is terrible. It tastes like cardboard. It will be the last pizza we will order from here. Too bad, their old dough was fantastic.
This restaurant deserves a strong 4 out of 5! While the prices are slightly on the high side, the food is quite good. We experienced outstanding service during our last visit, which was a perfect 5 out of 5. The atmosphere is also quite pleasant.
One of the best spots in Winnipeg! Located in the heart of the Exchange District, it's perfect for casual dining. Everything was exceptional—the wine selection, the appetizers, and the main dishes. I highly recommend it. Cheers!

We ordered online and while the pizza was decent, the salad and breadsticks left much to be desired. The salad barely had any dressing, and the breadsticks were overcooked. I certainly won't be ordering from here again.
Just order of Uber eats the food was amazing the portions were perfect can’t wait unit this pandemic is over so myself and my wife can visit them in person
Great place to eat. We had a Christmas party there and it was perfect. The staff was awesome, attentive and sercice was fast. Overall a great experience.
The appetizers were fantastic, and the service was outstanding. Our waitress was attentive and polite. We will definitely be back.
