I had lunch at this amazing restaurant today, and it truly embodies the charm of authentic Mexican cuisine. The food was delightful, and the traditional decor added to the overall experience. Despite the busyness of the place, I didn't have to wait at all. The service was exceptional, thanks to the owners who were personally managing everything. Fantastic! Truly wonderful. A genuine treasure in the St. John's food scene. The flavors are authentic, and like all great Mexican cuisine, each dish is prepared with care and love—a quality often missing from many other local spots. We visited Soul Azteka Poko Loko Food Truck for the first time tonight and it was fantastic. The food was excellent, the Mexican atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the owners and servers were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend the enchiladas suiza. Definitely a must-visit spot in the city!

We just had a wonderful Friday family meal from Soul Azteka Poko Loko Food Truck! The order was perfectly prepared for pick-up, with clear heating instructions. It was both simple to heat and delicious. We highly recommend it as a fantastic way to enjoy a Friday!
I tried the brisket, pulled pork, beans, and mac and cheese from the pop-up today. Everything was fantastic and incredibly delicious. The smoke ring on the brisket was truly impressive. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you all, and keep up the amazing work!
The food was incredible! I completely forgot to ask about the lettuce and sour cream, and I'm not even certain if they are typical of authentic Mexican cuisine. It's wonderful to have a restaurant that serves such tasty, hot Mexican dishes!
Finally got to try this place for the first time last night and we were pleasantly pleased! The food was delicious and authentic and we felt like we were eating at a local place in Mexico! Love love love it!

Had this for my birthday dinner today, and it was fantastic. You can really taste the fresh ingredients, and the cod in the tacos is exceptional. My wife and I will definitely be returning.
