I love the idea of plant-based burgers so I had to give this place a try after exploring Glebe Markets on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the Soul Fries, Southern Fried Chicken Burger and Vanilla Coconut Shake which came up to about $30 which is quite pricey for 2 people being served a fast food style meal. However, as a vegan I had to explore my options so Soul Burger's adventurousness outweighed its prices.
In terms of food, most people seemed to enjoy it and also the ambiance, however, I did see a group of people walk off with half eaten burgers and untouched chips which was a complete pity and waste of food.

Il y avait un couple qui s'est assis devant leur hamburger que de rester assis pendant 10 minutes. 5 minutes plus tard, la fille obtient un "milkshake" et 5 minutes supplémentaires plus tard, elle reçoit quelques frites. Étrange. Quoi qu'il en soit, j'ai eu le "American Badass", qui est venu avec Hash Brown ??? Pas sûr .. pourquoi .. et un anneau d'oignon? Le burger légumes manquait de goût - la seule sauce avec laquelle elle est venue avec du ketchup et de la moutarde. Je suppose que si vous ne goûtez pas de viande / fromage, vous ajouteriez au moins un aoli ou quelque chose. Je suggérerais de mettre la sauce qui est venue avec les frites Shoestring sur le hamburger. Aussi ... Nos frites...

Have had my eyes on this place for quite some time. Was super satisfied with my cheeseburger (with mushroom). The "meat" was smokey & beefy & full of flavour. The sweet potato fries were a little underwhelming and the atmosphere was lacking a little but with that said I'd definitely return for another go at the burgers!
Amazing flavorful meat alternative burgers to be enjoyed by everyone, not just vegans! Only ever got it delivered since the atmosphere of the place is slightly less amazing. The red fries are a must try!
when I moved to Sydney, all my vegan friends told me that I HAVE to try Soul Burger
