I received cold soup twice during my visit. It was 53 degrees outside and windy, so the whole point of getting soup was to warm up. Unfortunately, it was still cold, and when I asked if it could be heated, the server said they couldn't do that. She offered to get me soup from the bottom of the container, but it was still cold. I never expected this from them. I ended up spending $40 on cold soup, which is really disappointing. To make matters worse, the server kept suggesting that I could just take it home and heat it up. But I'm about to get on a plane, so that’s not helpful at all—just a waste of my money.
Typically, the food here is outstanding. However, today I ordered the turkey chili and cornbread. The cornbread was fantastic, but the turkey chili tasted burnt and had very little turkey in it. It seemed like someone attempted to replicate my dad's recipe, but unfortunately, it fell short. I work just around the corner, so I was quite disappointed. I tried calling six times before leaving this review, hoping management will take notice.
This restaurant is fairly good. The broccoli cheese soup was tasty, but it could use a creamier texture, more cheese, and larger broccoli florets. When soup is the highlight of the meal, I expect a bit of flair. It would be great if they topped it with extra broccoli and cheddar cheese when serving. The chili was okay as well, but it would really benefit from a dollop of sour cream and some green onions or similar toppings.
Really pretty restaurant with plenty of parking and seating. Loved all the flowers and plants everywhere and the variety of seating outside (covered) and on the inside. Liked the variety of sides like ice cream sandwiches and fresh corn bread. Soup was very good along with the sandwiches. They were busy as it was lunch, but everyone was very helpful and very prompt service. Would definitely go back.

The combo meal is a great value! It includes a drink and a side (either fruit or a cookie). The soup was fantastic, but the chicken sandwich was a bit disappointing because it was cold. It would be better if the sandwiches were made fresh or heated up. However, the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.
Souper Jennies is one of the best places I've ever eaten at in my lifetime. Great food, great people, but alittle on the expensive side. Definitely a great place to check out! I have been here quite a few times and it has been consistent. I highly recommend their chili!
Our first time eating lunch at Souper Jenny, the food is very fresh, and mostly grown in their garden. They have gluten free menu and vegan items available. Dads turkey chili is delicious. We will be back.
The food served here is primarily grown in their own backyard. The soups, salads, and meal combos are all delicious, and each meal comes with a drink, a cookie, and an apple.

The food was incredibly fresh and of excellent quality. I enjoyed the turkey chili and the tuna salad sandwich.
Good healthy food, but it is too expensive for me to eat lunch every day
