We have eaten here before and been satisfied. Tonight I am a bit disappointed. For the first time, I made an online pickup order requesting it to be ready at 7:15 PM. I arrived at 7:22. I had to call 5 times to ask to have part of my order corrected becauseI made a mistake. The kid seemed bothered at having to answer the phone. The bottom of my bag was wet and cold. The kid changedthe bag. I also requested lettuce and tomato on one of the sandwiches which I did not get the toppings. I get home to find thatmy 3 sandwiches were stone cold. For a $42.00 meal I am extremely disappointed. Not sure I will give them anotherchance. Management needs to step up. For as often as I frequent this restaurant, I have yet to see the same face twice.
Haven 't been here in over 3 years so we were excited to come back because the cheesesteaks were amazing. Wow...has it changed. We bought 2 cheesesteaks and a basket of fries. The sandwiches were dry, bread wasn 't fresh, there was hardly any cheese in itbecause the beef kept falling out of the sandwich. Total cost was a little over $29.00. So, not worth it. They didn 't offerthe small sandwich, only the medium and large which you have to pay extra. Also, the guy cooking had an attitude. We won 'treturn.
I?m a Philly native so my expectations might be to high but this was truly a bad cheesesteak. The staff knows next to nothing about making a decent cheesesteak. Cooking it in a pot than grilling it? Really? Steak was mushy and loaded with salt. Inaddition, I had to wait around a half an hour to get it served for a ridiculous price of 14.00. You put the steak on thegriddle, flip it once or twice and it?s cooked in 5 minutes. What?s the problem? Colorado cannot do fast food, face the facts.
