I ordered three milk teas, but they didn't have boba, which I was fine with. However, the service was lacking; the woman just took my order and payment without any interaction. She quickly made the drinks and informed me they were ready. When I tried the Thai tea, it tasted like sugar water, so I went back to let them know. They refunded me for one drink, but the other two strawberry milk teas were also disappointing—they tasted watered down, as if they used a lot of cheap tea and very little cream or milk, which is the pricier ingredient. At $4.50 per drink, I expected much better quality.
I ordered food from this restaurant, and when they messed up my order, they refused to replace it or even issue a refund. When I called to address the mistake, the person who answered was dismissive and hung up on me, then they wouldn’t answer my calls again. Additionally, the fortune cookies they provided tasted stale, and the delivery person was rude. I don’t expect to get my money back, and I will definitely share my negative experience with others. I would not recommend this place at all.
Everything they make has been fresh, delicious and unique/set apart from other Chinese restaurants in the area. Their prices are in line with most other restaurants during these inflationary times. Food is hot and ready when they say it’s going to be ready. I recommend this to everyone looking for a new place to get Chinese food. Yum!
Food was very good and was in a container, and placed in an additional clear bag, inside of a bag to prevent spillage. Price was consistent with other restaurants in the area. Would definitely stop by again.

Definitely not worth the wait or the money. Combo Express and Panda Express were both closed so we tried this place. Portions were way too small for the price and wait was okay (10 mins.
The sweet and sour chicken was tasteless and the chicken chow mein was barely passable. Complete waste of time and money. Which is sad because I was craving Chinese food so bad today.
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. I've ordered here over the past few years and it gets worse every single time. This time was the last.
The food is delish!! The restaurant is super clean and the owners are wonderful! Definitely try this cute little restaurant in Benicia!!
