We had Southern Smoke BBQ for our wedding. I have never been happier that I chose Brian and his staff. The food is INCREDIBLE… ever since we tried it we can’t stop thinking about the food and wanting more. Not only that but Brian is so relaxed to work with and so incredibly understanding and always responded to us with any questions we had. Wish I could hire them for all my events and whenever I’m having events in Vermont I will 100% be hiring them again.

We ordered from Southern Smoke for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding dinner. We eloped in Vermont with a very small group of friends and family and Southern Smoke did not disappoint! We had a taco bar for our rehearsal and the bbq for our wedding dinner. Brian was so easy to work with and the food was phenomenal! I honestly never thought I’d find BBQ like that in Vermont!! Their pulled pork is some of the best I've ever had smokey, tender, juicey, a little bit of crisp, and perfectly spiced. I had to get a second sandwich for later it was so good. I'm gonna start crashing weddings and other events just so I can eat from these guys more often. Wish I had a picture to post, but I went into a pork craze and the sandwich was gone and devoured before I could get my camera out.
Southern Smoke of VT catered our wedding and it was all around a fantastic experience. Brian was very accommodating with any last minute changes we made. He and his team fed our 200 guest wedding and even had left overs. Best of all, the food was amazing! We are going to be regular customers in Winooski from now on.
