We wandered over on a busy Saturday night and expected not to get a table, so just had a (delicious) beer in the outdoor seating. The waitress, who spoke brilliant English, then took us inside when a table became available. She had said it would...be a long wait but it only ended up being around 20 mins. When we were spotted awkwardly using the google translate app to decipher the menus, English menus were provided. we have been there for years, but it has just noticed me writing a review of this unfair restaurant that has consistently produced a good value. the menu is short, divided between locally sourced ingredients and classic offered the swedan kitchen (like the Entrecote...with roasted wobble.) the focus on regional oriented guarantees fresh but also competence; these people focus on what they do well. it is nice to know that it provides a foreseeable good food and pantry. the decor is modern but not cold; the personal very friendly. the wine list offers interesting local weine and some foreign options.
I went with a friend on my last weekend trip to stuttgart beginning juni. the welcome and subsequent service was friendly and friendly and they were happy to accept my lack of German. the menu is selected to set a series of...local selected. I was there when the white spargel was in the season and had that with a selection of local ham as main course. it was a wonderful main course, really give a taste of the opposite. all dishes were well presented and full of taste. I look forward to coming back here in the future.
the welcome was warm and friendly and it was so on. as an appetizer we had a delicious pumpkin soup and as a main the maul pockets and the swirl roast. the seasoning of the main thing was not as brave as the starter, but...not too little than too much. overall, eating was really good and the portions great. I wish we had found a stronger open red wine in the menu to add the food. thanks to the very friendly service we will be back anyway.

we went to dinner without a table in advance, so we were given a table in the inner. for a table on the terrace, better book ahead. we had dumpling soup and maul bags, they were tasty and appealing, the service was nice and...I would return to this restaurant for some good regional cuisine.
What a pleasant surprise to find this gem not 500 meters from my front door! Enjoyed a nice cellar pilsner along with Lauchcreme suppe. Main course was a lite dinner of schafscamembert mit Preiselbeeren! Wunderbar!
