Restaurant located in the old town quite difficult to find but charming. Lack of insulation in the restaurant so impossible to eat next to the window in winter. The service was OK, however we didn't understand why the waiter spoke loudly all the time. For a quality restaurant, we were surprised to find that the waiter wore everyday clothes. As for the meal, it was a disappointment, because the dishes were sparsely garnished and arrived cold, which spoiled the experience. The dessert, however, was perfect, a favorite. If I have to think about a place I can feel like home, it’s the spelt restaurant: a place where you con learn how to taste anything for the first time. The mushroom bouillon was amazing, the iconic spelt risotto with lobster excellent and the dessert section was priceless. The staff was really welcoming and both of the chefs were really good at manage the timing between each course. If you’re looking for an experience at honest prices, this place suits you the best. Very nice place, with great staff. The menu is truly excellent and I was captivated by the chef's signature dish, spelled risotto with lobster. Exceptional!!! The duck, the buckwheat one, is also excellent The value for money is really very good. I highly recommend this place!!
