as others mentioned, the spice bridge is a space with rotating food providers. we visited on Friday and had happy to be able to eat in jazze’s at lunchtime and had: boulane gluten-free mandel flour based baked goods somewhat similar to Indian paratha, and served with a similar green chutney and yogurt on the side. We had 2 pieces filled with kartoffel and wobbles and 2 filled with pumpkin. so good! burani bratschwein with seasoning and a flat brot on the side. served with yogurt up, which can be omitted to make it vegan. ashak that was my favorite: laekknödel with seasoned lenses (open company like chana dal) and yogurt (which again, if omitted, makes the dish vegan). wow, I could eat all da...

All the women working here are incredible—friendly and talented chefs. Most of the stands offer several vegan options, and the chefs are always open to discussing modifications based on available ingredients. I had a dish from the Cambodian stand that wasn't even on the menu; the chef made me a delicious vegan stir-fry with tofu and rice that was fantastic. Make sure to check the Spice Bridge website for the latest schedule of which stands are open on any given weekday. The interesting thing about this place is that if you come back on a different day, you might discover a completely different selection of dishes! Please come and support these businesses! I tried a dish from the Cambodian stall that wasn't on the menu. She prepared a vegan dish with tofu and rice for me, and it was fantastic. Be sure to check the Spice Bridge website for the latest schedule of which stalls are open on any given weekday. The fun part about this place is that if you return on a different day, you might find a completely different selection of food! Please come out and support these businesses! They have been hit hard by the pandemic, as many places have, but by doing so, you'll be supporting a great cause while enjoying delicious food. They also offer food boxes with a minimum order of 12, but you'll need to give them a week's notice.

I chose to visit this spot because I was in the area and had seen some great reviews. It's a cozy space that houses about four or five different restaurants. I initially wanted to try Jazzes, but they were closed, so I opted for the Ethiopian restaurant instead. I ordered the Injera rolls with stuffed paprika, and I really enjoyed them. The injera had a wonderful flavor, and it was served with a nice salad and potatoes. I will definitely return to check out Jazzes next time! Réservez une table maintenant

Spice Bridge houses four start-up restaurants each day. The day I went WUHA, Ethiopian food, had a veggie injera roll and veggie sandwich on the menu. Wengavegetables. (Philipino) served Pancit Bihon, thin pan-fried noodles with wegetables.. Moniques Hot Kitchen had veggie dumplings. I sampled all and they were great! A fabulous lunch and a good cause.

This is a small food hall with rotating small restaurants. We had the Ethiopian and Filipino food, both were really great. The food hall is a food business incubator giving immigrants and low income families a way to start a food business. We can't wait to go back and try some of the other 8 restaurants

The food was outstanding, and the vendors were eager to provide excellent service. The dishes featured delicious blends of spices that highlighted various cultures. This is an update from my previous review dated May 28, 2021. Réservez une table maintenant

While there aren't many vegan options on the menu, Jolene's kitchen convinced me to try the vegan tofu sushi. It was simple yet delicious, and the flavors were fresh, reminiscent of the Congo, without being overly sweet!
