Ordered a takeaway from here Friday night, when food turned up half of it was cold or damaged. I rung up to complain which I received no apology but for them to deny it and cook me a fresh one anyway. I left it at that until I opened the naan and found a long black hair. I rung back up and they then said they wouldn’t make no mistake and was all good on their end with still no apology. So after them calling me a liar i went in to the restaurant with the food asking for my money back because I was put off the food to which the head chef took the naan out trying to find the hair. I explained to him I’m not gonna try and keep hold of the hair and I don’t appreciate being called a liar so would...
There was nothing much wrong with my chicken vindaloo and boiled rice, but nothing else was up to scratch. They don't sell alcohol so had to have a can of coke instead, something I only drink with a Wetherspoon breakfast before 9am. This was an early indication it wasn't going to be a great experience, so I didn't bother having a poppadom. I don't like waiters to be too obsequious but it's nice to be asked once if the meal is ok. And when you leave it's nice if they say goodbye. Oh, and the hand dryer didn't work. They really need to raise their game, it's all a bit cheapjack at the moment.
I wish I could give zero stars. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this time I have to. We placed an online order and even though it was accepted, the food wasn't even cooked after an hour and a half. We were charged for delivery but had to pick up the food ourselves. The service in the restaurant was terrible, as they ignored us and another couple. The food containers were half empty and the food tasted bland. We will definitely never be returning.
last night we had a fantastic time in the spicy fusion. eating was really great, the staff was friendly, but not scumsy. we will definitely come back, hopefully very soon. we ate in the restaurant, everything was freshly prepared and delicious. because they have no license, we bought beer and wee from asda, which is very close. we didn't have to wait too long, even though they were very busy with tearing orders.

We needed a buffet for the Royal Temple Yacht Club's prize giving event. Spice Fusion did not disappoint - the meal was fabulous, tasty, and more than enough for 65 people. The food was delivered to the club on time. Congratulations to the staff, and don't pay any attention to the negative reviews - we have never had a bad meal or takeout from Spice Fusion.
The food was plentiful , delicious, piping hot and quite marvellous, they have an amazing chef . No ambiance, waiter in a tracksuit , cold room and I’m assuming it’s more a delivery hub than a restaurant but who cares ? Did the banqueting night , bought our own beer and wine and the bill was £30 for 2 Will return for affordable yumminess
the first time to eat here. we ordered a selection of dressed and all seem pretty good to go. positiw: byb will make the bill ever smaller. large selection of dressed -veggie, pescatarian etc. cons: the place priority is their "take away" service so prepare to wait for their meals. the service was inconsistent.
Food is ok but absolute messers. Never tell the truth about delivery times and lots of orders have taken 2 plus hours. Be with you in ten minutes and an hour later still asking where is it? Awful.

that was the first thing I used this restaurant and eating was really quality. I would recommend the house special and the huh dhansak, it was very tasteful.
We usually order takeaway from here. We decided to sit in and eat. We wasn’t disappointed the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.
