I just wanted to give a shoutout to Spice Rack and their team. We had a fantastic family dinner at the restaurant, and they were excellent from start to finish. The restaurant started off quiet but quickly filled up, yet the service never faltered. Despite serving a large group of 23, they still managed to take care of all the other patrons. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was spot on. The Papad Crispy Corn will definitely be on our order list for next time. The Gunpowder Fries were better than Nandos peri fries. We arranged a friends and family event to celebrate my mum’s 75th birthday at Spice Rack, Stanmore. The place was all set for us, and we had a warm welcome from the staff and the manager Ravi). Service was very organised and attentive, and all the meals were well presented. The food was cooked fresh as such it was served as and when we demanded, and the staff managed it really well to cater to close to 40 guests attending the birthday. I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. I booked a 50th birthday party for my wife with 35 guests, and they charged us £30 per person. The food was terrible and the service was very poor. They seated 14 people at one table and only provided one small bowl of rice and three small bowls of mixed items for all 14 people. The food was limited and they were not willing to bring more, despite it being a set menu. When we complained, one staff member took food from another table and placed it on ours, causing a serious argument. Food is good but a restaurant is more than just the food it’s an experience. While we were eating they were hanging up a balloon bridge at the entrance where the loudest bang balloons popped NINE times over dinner which made us jump each time while eating before my tolerance to the inconsideration (of getting a display ready for arriving guests experience at the expense of paying guest like us) ran out. I spoke to the manager who coldly comforted me with ‘it’s just a balloon’ and craftily waited until the bill was paid before reconvening. Terrible consideration for the already paying customers and for that reason I shan’t be back!

We went to Spicerack Lounge for my cousins 50th birthday party with a group of approximately 50 people. From the start to the end the night went flawless. We had a designated waiter for our area who was ALWAYS attentive as if our comfort was his mission. What can i say about the food! Very tasty well cooked and most important ... it was FRESH! The service at the bar was second to none.. we had many drinks and each and every guest of ours could not stop appreciating the bartenders they made whichever drink we asked for! Our guests were impressed with the venue due to the fact the staff food and quality was ON POINT!
We had our Birthday party and the whole event was so well taken care of by the manager Mr Pranav and his team Jateen and Mohit who were from the start to end with the same enthusiasm and quick service with a smile, and a big thanks to the chef team back in the kitchen who had put in their hard work and expertise in making such delicious food and the entire menus was just awesome in taste. I will highly recommend this venue for all family functions, looking forward to organising the coming function in my family and friends group. I will rate my experience as a five-star for Spice Rack Lounge.
We had our staff party there on 16.12 .22 , really good service and food, helped that we had set menu as there was 30 of us. They catered for our dietary requirements , had good music. Had a good deal on food and drinks where on point... 100% would do a party there again.. Thanks Bandish , Nav and Team... Shout out for Ravi for the drinks ordering... Vegetarian options: Good Choice of Veg food and even have a non onion and garlic menu
Had my uncles anniversari party here,the food was good and served on time,the service was excellent by our waiter whose name was Jatin,he looked after us from the beginning right to the end,would definitely recommend to all to try it out,thank you spice rack lounge for an enjoyable evening

On July 4th, we celebrated our 40th anniversary at Spice Rack Lounge. Bandish assisted us in arranging a set menu and ensured that everything went smoothly. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We highly recommend Spice Rack Lounge for any celebrations.
The bar service there wasn’t enough staff to service. We had a booking of 25. This booking was made over a month in advance. Surely there should have arrange enough staff to serve large bookings. It took us over an hour to get our drinks sorted.
