It's unfortunate that this restaurant has potential with its tasty food, but the service is severely lacking. In the five times we've ordered, our food was delivered incorrectly each time. The first time I arranged for collection, they hadn't even checked their online orders. The second collection went smoothly, but the third time, our order was wrong again. The premises appear unhygienic, and the staff do not seem to be taking any precautions for COVID-19, such as wearing masks or gloves. We chose this restaurant for a takeaway on just eat. The reviews on there were very good and it was close by to where we were staying, one thing that seemed odd was that direct on their website we were outside the delivery requirements but not in just eat?! The food arrived on time, the portion sizes were great. Onion bhajis were a bit dry, vegetable samasos and popodums were yummy. The meat wrap again was dry wrapped in a naan but with sauces from other dishes added it made it much more delicious, my prawn madras had great flavour but too much tomato sauce for my liking but then I had plenty of garlic naan to dip into the sauce afterwards!!
Extremely disappointed with this place, we were text to say our delivery was on it's way 50 mins later it turned up Luke warm and two dishes missing. I called to tell them to which I was bluntly told they were not ordered, they were main dishes always the first things you order. I'm more annoyed at the response I got from a very rude person who offered no apology and solely placed the blame in myself, no customer service skills what so ever, will never use or recommend ever!!!!
I used to enjoy getting takeout from this restaurant, but recently the quality has dropped. The last few orders we received were missing salad, poppadoms, and mint dip. The most recent order was especially disappointing as they got our order wrong and did not respond to our attempts to contact them. Despite a price increase of about 20%, which I understand is due to rising fuel and food costs, the amount of meat and vegetables in the dishes has significantly decreased.

about this farewell mute, because our usual farewell is closed. I just wish we had found it years ago. After trying many Indians in the past, I can honestly say that this is the best we have ever used. from the first order, eating was always error-free and the service is equivalent to what they would expect in each five star restaurant very friendly staff and very reasonable prices.
Love this place although the food is better at weekends : think must be a different chef as had takeaways in the week and although really nice just not quite the same as the food served friday to sunday but overall cant fault really well priced definitely worth a try always very accomodating to customer requirements
Our family ordered from this restaurant and were pleased with the timely delivery of hot food. The order was complete and even came with some complimentary extras. Everyone enjoyed the service and food, and we have since returned to dine at this establishment.
Used to use this take away regularly but stopped using last year after finding the taste of food poor and not how it used to be. Then this March decided to give it another go but unfortunately nothing had improved.
