Wow, was this ever a great surprise one of the most delicious meals I 've had in a long time. My daughter treated my fantastic B-day lunch and I couldn 't be more pleased. Maria, the Korean Chef/Owner is about everything being the best ! When you start with fresh quality product, prepare it well...the end result can be so pleasant. I tried Korean food for the first time, and it was great! I had the chicken with gravy, and it was really good! The gravy had multiple textures to it while the chicken was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I asked clarifying questions since I was new to the cuisine and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a bowl of meso soup to try as I'd asked them previously what it was! I didn't particularly like the flavor, but the intention behind it was really good!!
We were the only ones there. Hard wooden chairs. A large screen tv in the back volume turned down on korean channel. The one bathroom door had to be forced open and shut hard to lock. Food was just ok. The bulgogi was watery and meat tasted old, not fresh. Sauce was very thin and watery. Disappointed with the food. Service was good.
