Spiral Japanese Restaurant

Three starts because we love the food, but the waitress is very RUDE!! On the day we wanted to eat inside, she took our order with such an act, we ask for cutlery since Idk, how to use chords and she was mad because we asked! Then she never came and checked us when we needed something and just came back to deliver the bill. what suck because at the end of the day we pay back for the service and expect a good customer service. I feel that the waitress should have some training and be a little nicer for the costumer

Was actually going to go to another sushi place nearby, but we waited like 5 minutes to be seated, with no indication it would happen soon (there were plenty of empty tables we were just ignored for some reason), so went to Spiral, just two doors down. The sushi was great, the service exceptional, the prices reasonable, and the Covid compliance perfect. Also, the sushi came out really quickly, compared to other places we've been. Highly recommend!

Open for seating. Not many customers on Mother's Day. Good food. A little Pricy. About $14 to $17 per Bentonbox. Hot tea is at an extra cost, but water is free. No longer offer free snack or bonus sushi. Sushi is at least $13 per roll. Servers are new. You should be better trained for customer service.

I went here many times because the foods are delicious. This time because of covid you can dine in but not many people do that, many only order for pick up. They have 2 items for 13.99 or 3 items for 15.99
