During our visit to the market, a local recommended that we have dinner at Splash. We had a wonderful evening on our last night in Cairns. The staff was friendly and provided professional service, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. The menu featured delicious fish and seafood from the family business, with the chef offering a variety of options to cater to cultural diversity. The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The staff provide just the right amount of attention without being overly intrusive or making us feel neglected. They are knowledgeable about the menu and always willing to assist. I will certainly be coming back here again.
My wife and I had lunch at this restaurant. She ordered the seafood chowder and I had the mackerel with salad. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. We would definitely eat here again as the staff made us feel very welcome. A big shoutout to the chef and all the staff for a great dining experience.

Excellent. Food and service are first rate. This is why they are always busy which sometimes, very rarely means a slight delay. I have been dining here for over 4 years and never had a bad experience.
