I was in the harvest moon orpington high street I had a limit of 4 drinks. I had 3 then had ordered 2 pitchers online for me and a friend. 5 minutes later a member of staff can over and said that one pitcher counted as two drink so we asked for one to be cancelled and refunded. Another 5 minutes later after then watching them make the drinks they bought over the drinks and said they had already made them. I went over to the duty manager Hollie. She then said you either get a refund for both or take them or get out. I then said o only wanted 1 refunded and she said okay I’ll refund them both and you can get out. I then stood at the bar as she then ignored me and said get out.
This restaurant is not even worth a single star. The staff broke a plate and bumped into me. The plates and cups were dirty, and the service was terrible - they took away our plates without asking while we were still eating. The chicken was bland, overly salty, and rubbery. When we went for dessert and returned, our cups had disappeared and were replaced with dirty ones. The food trays were not refilled, and the dessert section was empty. This restaurant used to be much better but has clearly declined. I will not be returning.
I visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon with my extended family. It is highly recommended to make a reservation in advance. The food was decent and reasonably priced, but I was disappointed with the variety of options available at the 'world buffet'. It mainly consisted of Chinese dishes, sushi, curry, pizza, and desserts. I have heard that there is a wider selection in the evening, but I doubt I will return to try it out.
Spoons Restaurant sold me uncooked food, burnt food that was stale /not fresh. The customers service was appalling and they were not apologetic. I am sure we are not the first customers to be treated in such a manner. The food did not seem like it had been cooked on the day it was served. I feel they are misrepresenting what they sell in that restaurant and I am concerned about the health and safety of other customers.

I had a terrible experience at Spoons Restaurant where they served me undercooked, overpriced meat. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had. I have reported this to the appropriate food agency. I recommend double-checking your food before leaving or paying at this restaurant.
You need to visit this restaurant to experience the quality that it hold. Food is delicious and the ambiance makes it even more comforting. Not that many nigerian restaurants gives that much attention to detail. Spoons restaurant is definitely one who does.
I've been eating here a lot since I've been working close. I must say the customer service is always fantastic and they keep the place well organized at any time. the prices are reasonable and serve generous portions.
Excellent value for a London. When we visit London we take the kids here, the food is good value and plenty of choice. It is typical pub food at a very reasonable price for London. Always busy a typical London pub.

A old man that works at spoons is poor gives no help and is real rude wouldn’t rate it ,it wasn’t help full and the old man that tried to help us was messing us about and was rude and was in my face all the time
Good place. Not the best, but value for money. Not always busy, so okay for gathering
