I wish I could say I love Sprig Market because of its convenient location in the industrial area, but unfortunately, a few factors really detract from its rating. First and foremost is the long wait time for food. Waiting 15 minutes for dishes that are already prepared is unacceptable. Additionally, the food itself is quite disappointing. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and received a cold piece of chicken on a wrap, which was unappetizing. I'm not sure if they're training new chefs, but they seem to have a constant rotation of inexperienced staff. This is the second time I've taken a bite and ended up throwing my meal away because it just wasn't good. I've had enough of this place.
Management has changed, so this review might no longer be accurate—I’ll update it the next time I visit. This place was terrible! They seem aware of their poor quality but don’t care, relying on their location to attract a steady stream of customers. Save your time (over an hour for a sandwich and coffee) and money, and instead grab food from the nearby grease truck around the corner.
At Sprig Market, the recent change in staff has impacted the overall experience. While the previous chefs were excellent, the new female cook’s skills fall short, leading to a noticeable decline in food quality. Additionally, the service has become quite slow. The current menu no longer reflects the high standards once expected at Sprig Market.
This is my first time writing a Google review, which speaks volumes about my experience here. I would advise against eating at Sprig Market unless you’re prepared to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich and pay double what it’s worth. Avoid this place!
