Every time I looked up good places for breakfast or lunch sprouts popped up and I had passed it many times on my way to Tahoe so we finally decided to give a chance for breakfast and it was a very nice find. It's probably the cleanest restaurant and kitchenI've ever seen. After talking to them they told me that they only serve turkey and no other meats so there's no grease at all inthe entire business and they cook the turkey off site so there's no grease . Today my lady and I were leaving Lake Tahoe when we saw this cafe, stopped by ordered the Ranchero bowl with the soy burger plus coffee, and we were just impressed from the cleanliness of this place to the courteous staff, plus the amazingly fresh deliciousfood we had. My lady is a vegan and a very picky eater and she loved this place. We Highly recommend this Cafe to everyone. Thank you, we'll definitely come back on our next family trip.
I visited Reno to see my mom, and we decided to have lunch at Sprouts while exploring Lake Tahoe. The food was fresh, and the prices were reasonable, especially given the current inflation. The portion sizes were excellent too. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
There are plenty of vegetarian options available, and the location is fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Lake Tahoe viewpoint, where you can find a beach with picnic tables. We grabbed some food and settled down there to enjoy our meal.

The food was incredibly delicious, healthy, and fresh. We had a sandwich and a salad, both of which I highly recommend! The only downside was that the tables could have been cleaner.
