Spun Radisson Blu Reussen

it was the second time at spun for us. the menu is excellent, eating is delicious. our waitress aline was super welcoming, caring and helpful they made the experience wonderful. there is a person at the restaurant reception called alexander h. who ruined the experience for the guests by being unfriendly and rude at the limit of the rude. I wonder if the restaurant needs such employees.

The staff seemed deadened and listless. The food was actually well cooked. We were served moldy grated cheese with the pasta. An absolute NoGo. This doesn't really build confidence in the cuisine at Spun. We would have expected a corresponding reaction from the staff or management. But it came only a lukewarm sorry. So we can not recommend the Spun Restaurant.

the light in the room was too light. the price was fair, but for this price level a greeting from the kitchen would be expected. not romantic because of the lighter. weeping medium. eat well.
