Spun Radisson Blu Reussen

It was the second time at Spun for us. The menu variety is excellent, the food is delicious. Our waitress Aline was super welcoming, caring and helpful she made the experience wonderful. There's one person at the restaurant reception called Alexander H. who ruins experience for the guests by being unfriendly and impolite at the border of being rude. I wonder, if the restaurant needs employees like this.

The staff seemed deadened and listless. The food was actually well cooked. We were served moldy grated cheese with the pasta. An absolute NoGo. This doesn't really build confidence in the cuisine at Spun. We would have expected a corresponding reaction from the staff or management. But it came only a lukewarm sorry. So we can not recommend the Spun Restaurant.

New and super nice hotel with great service and upscale amenities. The alpine furnishing style with lots of wood and fine materials invites you to feel good. From now on it will definitely be our hotel of choice when we come through Andermatt.

The spa area is an imposition where you can find anything but relaxation. It is extremely loud and is more reminiscent of a children's fun pool than a quiet zone. There are clearly too few loungers for the many guests.
