St. Louis Bar & Grill

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. A group of friends and I went out to celebrate a birthday and we waited almost 40 mins to get our food served to us. Upon getting our food, all of our food was cold. Asked to get them warmed up, was told 5-7 mins and another 23 mins past.. still nothing came. Groups who appeared after us were getting their food before us. No manager was available and no server was able to accommodate us in any way. Would not recommend. 0/10 service.. and if you are African American, I would strongly suggest you stay far from this place. The attitude and service was disgusting.

Very nice location and the food was alright. My only complaint is I felt very rushed by the waitress which discouraged me from wanting to order more drinks and have dessert. I made the waitress aware of it to which she apologized, but my experience of this particular restaurant was already ruined by her actions. I do not recommend this location to others and I will not be returning to this particular restaurant in the future.

It’s actually quite crazy. Every server my group encountered tonight has been giving us such attitude and had no desire to serve us. Once seated it took another 20 minutes for the server to take our order. And then we waited 40 minutes at minimum for our order (we timed it), and a table of 6 seated after us was served their meals before us still… disgusting

Horrible place..got seated with 3 others and was ready to order for about 20 minutes..got staired at multiple times by the waitresses and no one came to take our order. We ended up walking out. Would not recommend this location if you have any different shade of skin color than white. Very

The server we had was extremely rude to us when she was serving us. She got my order who and accused me that I was wrong. She said that I should have spoken too her about it earlier. Well she was no where to be seen when we were there. Horrible experience

Come here quite often to pick up lunch for my shop and the ordering process online is super easy and food is always ready to be picked up when I arrive. Inside is always clean and sports on every tv they have! Great spot to have lunch or dinner.

Usually do take out at lunch but will sit and have a beer first sometimes. Staff are always super friendly. Have ordered single meals all the way up to 100 wings. Food is always warm even when I get back to my shop. Definitely a good spot!

Ordered wings but they tasted rank, they definitely not washed before they were prepared and cooked. Waitress took forever to give me the bill, even though I asked 3 times. TVs need to be updated.

The food has been consistent for over two decades. The wings are the perfect size and the fries which accompany the dish are my fav.
