St. Louis Grill

Went there to watch a leafs game and have dinner. Could barley hear the game, and only half the tvs were showing the game. It took 20 minutes before someone came to us, another 20 minutes to get drinks, and almost 30 minutes to get nachos (appetizers). When they finally came, they were both burnt, and freezing cold. 20 minutes later someone finally came to take out dinner order. 3 out of 4 meals showed up (the wings were way under cooked and the fries were borderline still frozen none of the food was even warm). The fourth meal did not come out with the rest. We asked twice were it was an always got “it’ll be out soon. The cook then come out (empty handed) and apologized…with he would’ve just stayed in the kitchen and finished making the food. When the meal finally came out, over 45 minutes had past and the rest of us were already done eating. I asked for something to be done about the last meal on the bill…after over 20 minutes and the bill increasing in price first, I finally got a bill…with only $2.00 taken off! I will never be going back there. Service and food quality is just as bad as Chucks, except it’s more expensive.

Unfortunately would give this location 0 stars if I could.Took us 4 tables to find a clean one.We were handed two menus both having food and spilled drinks all over them and were clearly never wiped down within the day.My S/O got a pop and the glass had some type of food all over the rim.She ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, the lettuce was brown and soggy. Which was unfortunately an instant turn off and she didn't even eat her meal.Management counting tills in the dining room.Employees arguing with drunken customers who were clearly served way to much alcohol.To top it all off, I tried to pay for our $60 dollar terrible meal and not a single debit machine worked. Causing me to have to use their ATM so add a 4 dollar charge to my withdrawl because their machines didn't work.One or two of these things. No big deal. But all of it together is quite a shame, certainly will never be back.

Food service extremely slow. Took over 30 minutes. Only 8 people in restaurant. Roast beef dip was made from a package meat. Tasteless. Server was nice. Good French fries.

Good variety of food. Suggest to warm up the tortillas. Shill vibe on Sundays no rush
