Some of the worst customer service I ever experienced, stopped in to place a take out order during the lockdown, immediately I was met by a very rude hostess, and was told “online orders only” I pulled out my old school flip phone and tried to explain I can’t order online on one of these, hostess had absolutely 0 interest in trying to help and was refused any kind of service, no problem I can spend my money elsewhere, sad to see some restaurants work so hard to accommodate during these hard times of the pandemic and others basically telling you to p**s off, not all seniors have fancy cell phones
I give this restaurant 2 stars because their terrace is amazing and receives the best sunlight. However, once we placed our order, it took 40 minutes for our burned food to arrive. Our server only checked on us once after the 40-minute wait. Honestly, if you just want one drink and have all the time in the world, this place might be okay. But for anything else, it's a waste of time and money. I used to love this place, but something has changed. I do not recommend it. In fact, I had to stop at Wendy's on the way home because I was not served properly at this restaurant.
I visited the restaurant on March 23, 2022, and tried the all-you-can-eat boneless wings. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as the boneless wings were burnt and extremely dry. They were not at all like regular boneless wings. Additionally, there was no soap or paper towels in the men's restroom. When I mentioned this to the bartender, he said he was the only one working and needed to fill it up himself. I hope this issue is addressed before it becomes a bigger problem.
The last three times we have visited this restaurant, we have noticed that their chicken wings are overcooked. It appears that they have been fried multiple times. When we brought this up to the waitress, we were told that they cook their wings to ensure they reach the correct temperature. However, based on our experience, we will not be returning and will not be recommending this place to others. Réservez une table maintenant
Food is good, service is good too. the overall all ambiance of the restaurant is good. Some of the staff is not friendly and kinda rude in this particular location. I like how they create the atmosphere like hooters with waitress giving preference to the one's who are drinking. Overall good sporty bar.
