I went here for lunch today and was disappointed. Long story short, the food was good but the service was awful. When I got there, there were 3 people working there. After I decided what I wanted, 2 of the 3 continued their conversation. Even though I was only 3-4 feet away and looking right at them, neither bothered to take my order. Eventually a 4th guy appeared and took my order. After I placed my o, I went to go pay. I told him what I ordered, and he wanted me to pay, but I hadn't received any food. By this time, my gyro was done, was wrapped up in foil and was sitting on the counter. They wanted $16 for a gyro, fries and a bag of chips. I only had the chips and it didn't look like I was...
Can't speak highly enough of the quality of food here. Most places when you order a Gyro, you're basically getting a down sized wrap. Don't worry, your Gyro will be brimming with fixin's and it's always enough to put me under the table especially if I get the fries. Everything is always cooked on the spot, they drop my fries in the fryelator right when I order, they come out TRULY fresh. It's always nice to enjoy a Gyro when the lamb is hot, and the tzatziki sauce is still cool and the fries are crispy.
Today was my first time visiting this restaurant, and it was excellent. The beef and lamb with fries dish was just as good as any I've had in the St. Louis area. Instead of cutting the meat in strips like other places, they cut it into smaller pieces, which I really enjoyed. The gyro sauce was not as thick as other shops, but personally, I preferred it that way. The staff was friendly and the service was very good. The only suggestion I have is for them to open a shop in St. Charles County.
Went Herr for the first time today. I was so happy the gyro was on the spindle but they had taken what was on the bottom and chopped it up. I never had a gyro ever at all where the meat is chopped up. The tikiziki sauce didn't taste right that normally goes on it. I also had a cheeseburger but they don't offer mustard to be even added on it. I had to use mayo packets only and it still tastes dry. I will never go back there again.

My girlfriend and I ate there tonight for the first time and the lamb Gyros were awesome! The owner Sammy was there and was very nice. They didn't skimp on the meat and the toppings were well portioned. The tadziki sauce was really good and tastes homemade, much better than any place I've had before. I don't think I can ever go back to Pita Plus now and I'm looking forward to trying their Philly sandwich. I definitely recommend!
Love this place. Favorite is definitely the bowl, can ask them to load up on the veggies and rice while not breaking the bank. They cut the beef off a big shank and cook it on a grill (not normal for a gyro place but all good), then load it up into a giant bowl full of rice, fresh veggies, sauces, and whatever else you want.My go to when I'm looking for a big meal post workout.
St. Louis Gyros provided catering for a business lunch and it was a hit with everyone. They made the process simple and offered a wide variety of options to ensure everyone was satisfied. It was a refreshing change from the usual sandwich platter lunch.
I drive all over for work so to find a great gyro place is rare. This place had it perfect. Flavor is in point. Finished my first gyro and went and got another before I left. Looking forward to going back. Keith

I recently tried one of the best lamb gyros I have ever had at this restaurant! I highly recommend it, and the customer service is consistently excellent.
1st time here. The gyro meat was a bit dry. The sauce was more liquid than thick and didn't taste like the sauce I'm used to.Food: 3/5
