I was in the area for a few social events, and I was craving some dessert. I happened to map what was close to where I was, and this place came up. I had vaguely remember seeing this place on Tik Tok before, showing the homemade cookie ice cream sandwiches they sell.I came with some family on a Saturday evening; the area wasn't too crowded. There is street parking nearby, and it's not hard to find a spot at all. After we walked in, there was a very short line. We browsed the menu, which advertised various ice cream flavors, cookie flavors, and toppings. The flavor variety of ice cream was decent, also offering a few vegan options. The menu offers cookie sandwiches, donut sandwiches, brownie...
I 'm not sure what 's happened here but 40 bucks for 4 ice cream sandwiches that are practically inedible ISNT it. Prefaced: we live 5 minutes away and did deliver QUICKLY. Even handed it directly to us. 2 of 4 are completely melted, doesn 't even look like they could have stacked them because the ice cream is soup. They forgot the brownie pieces which are a required add on for .50 1 was soft enough to pick up but impossible to bite through the brownie because (it 's delicious i mean truly it 's a spectacular rich brownie) The brownies are too hard for you to bite and the ice cream is too soft so it 's a mess. The last one was...totally fine ice cream wise. Clear scoop. Still on the brownie...
As a Queens girl visiting her sister in New Jersey, I have to say, after years of exploring Smorgasburg and indulging in ice cream everywhere I go, including internationally, I finally had the most delicious and generous ice cream sandwich. I ordered this through DoorDash at 9:30 PM on a summer Friday, and I could really taste the love that went into it. The cookie was wonderfully thin yet chewy, perfectly holding the sandwich together. The ice cream was impressively cold, even after the delivery, and incredibly creamy. It was truly the best of the best! I especially loved the topping choices—I went for Fruity Pebbles on mine! It was the ice cream sandwich experience of my dreams.
I had a special for the cookies, so I came and got a mixed dozen. The inside is really cute, so I definitely want to come back for an ice cream sandwich. Everything is home made, and the cookies are soft, but have just enough crunch to them. I had one with cinnamon in it, as well as what I thought was maybe fruity pebbles. I want to come when they first open to see how they are when they are still warm from the oven.

Ordered Stack Creamery through delivery. Possibly why it's only getting 3 stars. When it arrived, all three sandwiches were pretty much melted, but the cookies themselves were hard as a rock. Almost impossible to actually eat the sandwich. Probably need another shot at this place in person, so possible update to come...
During my visit to my sister in New Jersey, I used DoorDash and was thrilled to have the ice cream sandwich of my dreams delivered right to me. It was incredibly delicious and remained perfectly cold despite the journey and the hustle and bustle of a busy summer evening. Truly the best of the best!
Don’t get the hype, several flavors were out of stock (vanilla, strawberry)Plus I thought with ice cream sandwiches, the cookies are soft and ice cream is hard…mine ended up being tough cookies with too soft ice cream. Maybe I went on an off night but I’ll stick to Dairy Queen down the road.
Great variety of ice creams and cookies to choose from to make your sandwich. It also has special flavors like Krispy Kreme glazed donut which is really good and tastes like the donut. Overall high-quality ice cream and cookies, nice staff, and fast service.

Great employees and environment. Lots of combinations to choose from!!! Had great experience just wished that the brownies were a bit thicker and chocolatey. But can’t complain because the prices are great!
I enjoy the ice cream flavors, but there aren't many choices for fillings and toppings. The cookies are too sweet and soft for making ice cream sandwiches.
