Staff disappeared after bringing the food. For a whole hour and a half not a single member of the team either approached the table or looked in our direction. Had to stand up and go and ask for more drinks. Couldn't get them to bring the bill to the table so walked to the exit to pay.... waitress didn't even look at to us, just printed out the bill and handed it to us silently.
Service was slow quality of food was not great. Vegetables very al dente roast potatoes were hard. The red cabbage had a funny liquorice taste too it but that could be down to personal preference. Could not fault the meat though beautifully cooked tasted great. No real ambiance in the restaurant. Music playing very quietly in the background but so low could hardly hear it.
Had a lovely meal at Stanley's at the Titanic Hotel. The food was delicious excellent flavours and well presented, and there was a nice choice of options on the menu. The staff were absolutely exemplary and I couldn't praise them enough so attentive and happy to help, always checking in to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Thoroughly recommend a meal here!
I think it’s terrible that you are now expected to pay for car parking and when I asked for some tap water for the table I was told ‘we don’t do tap water any more.’ It felt like we were being squeezed for every penny which really tainted the experience. I’ve been here fore afternoon tea many times but unfortunately this will be the last. Réservez une table maintenant
Food was lovely and for the first time I was able to have a lovely gluten free desert. I ordered Sea bass from the gluten free menu and it was perfectly cooked, crispy and tasty. The chef did a great job and the staffs were very attentive and amazing.
The service was excellent and there were some choices on the menu items which were a bit more unusual which was good. Good for a special occasion as the setting is interesting. We were very impressed with our waiter Stephen.
Amazing! Afternoon tea was lovely and got a special surprise for my mum’s birthday. The staff were so attentive and kind. Had a lovely time
