Yesterday. I ordered 2 ordered by grub hub around :10:20pm. They're took my money already but I waited the food until over 45 minute , I didn't received the order???? I call the delivery many time they're not answer??? The delivery didn't come and cheating text message for me ???? They're took my food????? If they're use the grub hub for delivery online they can do that, if can't ?????? Only pick up the food????? The grub hub delivery too long, last time I ordered over 1 hour for the food ???? The DoorDash better?????
Went on a little lunch break here and let me tell you the food was DELICIOUS!!!! Did not expect such a good flavor shrimp was so flavorful and the calamari was super delicious as well ... the service was a little bit off there was only one more table inside beside my table and it took over 10 minutes for them to come and take my order or check in no one was in sight to take the order. Location was clean and nice little vibe, we did go around 1 pm so it was not busy .... Will definitely visit again.
The food was good but not remarkable, similar to other seafood boil establishments. The bread was lackluster, and the fish in the fish and chips tasted like frozen fish sticks. It also seemed like the oil used for frying was old. The service was somewhat slow, but the Asian gentleman who appeared to be the manager or owner was very friendly. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 3 out of 5.
The customer service here is outstanding. The food is incredible, but what really stood out was the service. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and despite knowing that late customers can be a hassle, the staff was extremely polite and maintained their composure throughout my visit. I was bracing myself for someone to be rude, but they were genuinely nice instead!

I'm sorry to say that I spent $93 on 5 pounds of shrimp that were both dirty and unappetizing. It was such a waste of money. This restaurant was great when it first opened, but I'm not sure what has gone wrong since then. The food was really disappointing, and I won’t be returning. I was genuinely shocked by the experience. Rating: 1/5.
The sauce tastes just like season salt mix with water. There's not buttery taste. Also, there's nats flying around this restaurant and landing on your food. Please consider eating somewhere else. Manager is rude and only offered 20% off which equaled up to $2.00 off my crawfish that was burnt and over boiled instead of re-making them.
Unfortunately this Star Crab location was not as good compared to the Star Crab in Centinela that I've had before. The flavors we just not as strong and the seafood was just not fresh. I sadly would not come back to this place just because it's not the same when it came to the quality and flavors of the food.Food: 2/5
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service from Nerly was fantastic—very friendly and attentive. The food was even better than what I’ve had at Boiling Crab. I highly recommend the Blue Star Combo; it was delicious!

Very fast to be seated, fast service! Affordable prices great taste! I have also ordered in UBER EATS it's just as fast tasty as in house !
