Ordered 2 kebabs and chips and a pizza after 50 mins we got our food and the chips were missing, rang back and asked if they could bring my chips as they were missing the guy on the phone said I’ll send them out straight away they will be with you in 10 mins as it’s not busy, 15 mins later they rang me back and said I would have to pay again for the chips bringing my order to £30 for 2 small donor n chips n a small mushroom pizza, my children wanted them so I agreed then a angry guy comes on the phone shouting abuse he sick of people complaining we’re not getting anything now he’s sick of me!! I’ve never been spoke to like this in my life let alone by someone your paying to bring you a service disgusting never ever would I use them again!! The food was also cold very greasy and not worth a 5a never mind the £30 I paid. AVOID
I have ordered kebabs from here for years, the food is exceptional normally. Over the past 18 months the quality has detiarated, the chicken is pre cooked and re heated making it dry, the chilli pots have halved in size. Now they have increased the price by about 15% but more surprising they have now been charging for the bread you choose on a kebab! So now if you want a chicken kebab you have to pay for the pitta naan in effect they have increased the cost by 25% in a year! I very much doubt their staff have had a 25% wage rise, very greedy and I think an own goal for their business who is willing to pay £16 for one chicken kebab with sauces and naan delivered and think they are getting value?
