After my experience, I went back to the restaurant to see if they could help in any way. The initial response was that they don’t offer refunds, and they reassured me that they would try to do better next time. I decided to engage in a discussion, as I felt there were other ways they could address my concerns. Thankfully, another staff member overheard our conversation and offered to give me extra fish, which was my main complaint. While I appreciated their effort to resolve the issue, it was disappointing that I had to return and advocate for myself in the first place. Poke was mediocre but service was terrible. I know they got a new payment system but even after I showed them several pending charges on one credit card they made me try another and then still had to pay cash. Ended up getting charged 4 times on two different credit cards and when I asked them to fix it they told me to dispute it with my CC company and didn't seem to care. Spent 40 minutes on the phone having to do that. Made it far from worth it for just some ok poke.
On the bright side, the edamame and wakame were good, but I don't think lettuce belongs in a poke bowl. These toppings aside, I ordered poke bowls primarily for the seasoned raw fish and rice, both of which were unfortunately ruined. The only reason I’m not giving this place a one-star rating is because of the nice interior design and friendly customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Initially, I was a bit put off by the price for just seven small pieces of fish. However, once I dug into the bowl, I realized this place is different from others; they offer all the toppings, and you get to choose what you don’t want. There's something truly unique about this spot. From the Star Wars theme to the delightful flavor combinations, I had a wonderfully enjoyable lunch.

This poke is just alright. The 3 star rating perfectly describes the food. Not bad at all, but also nothing special. The mixed greens are Romain lettuce, which was disappointing but honestly glad there wasn?t kale. The flavors just all feel dumbed down.House poke sauce is pretty good, but I feel I?ve grossly overpaid unfortunately.
Really wanted to like this place because of the Star Wars theme but the poke bowl rice was so warm that the romaine lettuce inside got cooked. The toppings are covered with way too much mayonnaise to make up for the lack of fish and flavor. Got asingle fish bowl and it came with 5 cubes of tuna for $16. Bit of a disappointment.
