I really enjoy going to this Starbucks. The General Manager is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. I can always count on getting my drink exactly how I like it. I appreciate that this location is open and has a nice atmosphere. However, I have two suggestions: sometimes the staff can be a bit moody, and the restrooms and floors could use more attention when it comes to cleanliness. Otherwise, it's a great Starbucks to visit, and I find myself coming here often.
I have been visiting the Hartsdale Starbucks for many years, and in recent months, I've been using the Starbucks Mobile App. The staff has consistently provided me with fantastic lattes. The baristas are all professional and extremely welcoming.
I love this place. Ryan the manager is wonderful accomodating and takes care of both customers and employees and the quality of drinks. It's also very clean. Everyone who works here is great and drinks are made with care and attention.
