I have always been a fan of their caramel macchiato. The last time we went we ordered 2 drinks, after waiting for about 10 minutes as numerous other customers got served before us the chances of me returning here keep diminishing. I do understand that people can order ahead and on the app but as a walk in customer when the store looks slow I expect to be served first. If you have a backlog of orders perhaps it would be worthwhile to invest some of your hard earned money on a screen that will alert walk in customers as to how many are ahead and around how long the wait is.
I?ve ordered at other locations and they always make my drink correctly. I ordered the Brow sugar oat milk shaken espresso and ask for light ice and it?s always fill to the top and this time I ordered it it was 3/4 filled and I asked way it was only filed3/4 of the way and she said it?s how the barista of the day makes them and then left. I?m guessing the other locations add moremilk to fill it up which I don?t mind. I had to go home and had to add more of my own milk! Disappointing that they could ofasked if there?s was anything they could of done to make it any better.
Parking: There is a large parking lot shared with another business, and they have already expanded parking once with the original merchants next door. Now, there is plenty of outdoor parking available.
Kid-friendliness: More like dog-friendliness! My pup was served his pup-uccino right away, before anything else was given out. It was adorable!
Absolutely best service I have EVER had a Starbucks. The attitudes of every person we talked to was outstanding. They seemed liked they loved their jobs. Making jokes, laughing and engaging. Receipt 665537. I'm not sure who helped us but at 9am on 8/21 whoever was working drive through was beyond fabulous and make our day.

i went to this starbucks purely out of convenience and won’t be coming back. yikes! i was in like for probably 20 minutes. krista at the window was very rude, said nothing to me but showed the tip screen. my items were fine but the service alone was so rude i will not be going to this spot anymore. bummer
Cranky staff. Ordered online coffee said it would be ready at 9:04. Asked at 9:10 if it was in the que but she said “she is very busy she’ll get to it when it comes up.” I could see they were busy, just wanted to make sure my order was in the que and had not been lost. Finally got my order at 9:16.
Whenever I get a drink here, my cup is filled almost fully with ice and maybe a shot of flavoring. Even when I ask for extra pumps of flavoring, I receive a very VERY milky drink with 1 shot possibly added. I don't appreciate wasting my time and moneywhen I am not getting what I paid or asked for.
The staff at this restaurant were quick and efficient, and the lady at the front who assisted us was incredibly friendly and kind to my toddler when he unexpectedly started chatting with her. The bakery items were delicious, and the drink was made just right.

I waited 17 minutes for my coffee, and it was quite slow inside the restaurant. Three of the staff members didn’t seem to be doing much during that time, other than chatting with each other.
Went for a quick treat after school and the staff was great in answering questions.Dietary restrictions: Great place for those who have dairy allergies.
